About Elder Care maintains complete confidentiality of any information provided to us about the personal, medical, physical or mental status of a senior and personal information about the responsible party. This information may be provided to prospective assisted care facilities for evaluation purposes by them to help determine if a senior qualifies for their facility. About Elder Care has a contract with each State licensed assisted care facility that meets our standards. Each facility contract includes a confidentiality clause.
